Job Description:
Our client is a foremost supplier of high quality medical diagnostic products and services in West Africa.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimum level of stock available to meet short term business needs and impromptu customer demands at regional warehouses
- Make purchase order requests from central warehousing when products are below desired level
- Track the inventory flow to identify slow moving product stock at each region
- Utilize the company’s stock management ERP, Odoo to guard against pilferage, theft, fraud and other activities that adversely affect the company’s operations
- Liaise with all sales team to ensure adequate stock availability of all products especially during peak sales period and long holidays
- Ensure products delivered to regional warehouses are of top quality and same quality delivered to customers and customers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management in a similar industry
- Membership of CIPS or any other supply chain body is an added advantage
- Previous experience in medical service industry is an advantage

- Good knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity
- Knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software
- Ability to lead a team
- Organization and documentation skills
- Logical and systematic approach to work
- High attention to details
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
