Victor Olusegun Agunbiade, the only male child in the family was born into an Anglican family of seven; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred A. Agunbiade; and his four sisters in Ijebu-Ode, South-Western, Nigeria. His father taught him each passing time; confidence-building, be the best in what you do, and respect people he may encounter throughout his life.

That advice stuck into his head and he would use these pieces of advice as a benchmark to set targets for himself in everything he does and to always have it in his sub-consciousness not to undertake anything he does with a mere symbolic gesture.
