Along with our partners at Irradia Red, we hold a six-month learning program for youth leaders aged 15 – 25 all over Latin America.

The program includes six training sessions taught by community leaders from three different countries covering leadership, project design, evaluation, and communication strategies. Participants will receive dedicated peer mentorship from a young expert on their topic of interest along with the sessions. Following the training period, participants will be eligible to receive seed funding of up to 250 USD from Peace First to implement their projects. Implementation will be accompanied by both organizations through November.
