LTL Team Lead
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos | Nigeria.

Job Description:
- Training of the LTL drivers on the SOP of the organization in line with the department’s goals.
- Ensure the timely dispatch of vehicles for pick-up and delivery of customers’ shipments.
- Sending of a daily report to the LTL Manager.
- Lead and manage the team to develop, articulate and maintain the logistics’ process documentation.
- Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals
- Ensure adequate routing of drivers in order to improve turn around time.
- Managing the loading of trucks, setting up delivery routes, and unloading of shipments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be proficient in the use of Excel.
- Must be familiar with locations in Lagos state.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Must possess leadership and managerial skills.
- Must be attentive to details.
