In line with this, NJFP management has finally unveiled something that is brewing, it is a leadership development opportunity for the NJFP Fellows. It will enable the NJFP to take their leadership skills to the next level by Becoming a State Focal Point for #NJFP and help foster peer-to-peer learning and community building in their respective States.
How to apply
Submit a video of yourself stating:
a. Why you should be selected as your State Focal Point.
b. Your leadership qualities.
c. What impact you have made since your deployment?

Video Submission
Your video submission should:
a. Be recorded horizontally.
b. Include your full name, State of deployment and organisation.
c. Video should not be more than 2 minutes.
d. Deadline for submission is Thursday, 9th of March, 2023
