How to win $3,000 in the Hektoen International writing contest

Hektoen International is an online magazine of medical humanities. They are currently inviting writers to send essays of not more than 1,600 words on the subject “Blood”.

This contest which is honouring the exloits of of the Red Cross all across the globe will pay contributors in two parts: $3000 will be awarded to the winner while $800 will be awarded to the runner up.

They love essays relating to medicine , anatomy and to the depth of it.
