The Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has continued the approval and disbursement of the N75 Billion Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF Loan) to the trained beneficiaries of the Programme.
Some of the participants of the NYIF Loan Training including the recently trained 10,000 Candidates confirmed to have recieved a text message and email depicting their Loan Approval and instruction on how to access the fund into their Bank Account.

The text message being sent by an accredited partner in the NYIF Loan disbursement (NPF MFB PLC) to the successful beneficiaries, which was mistaken for a scam text, reads “You have been selected as a beneficiary of the National Youth Investment Fund. Check your e-mail for details, dial *5757#, download NPF Microfinance Bank App or Visit our Branch.”

While one of the e-mails reads:
“Dear NYIF Beneficiary, the Federal Ministry of Youths and Sports is partnering with NPF MFB Plc as one of the Disbursing parties for the National Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) nationwide.
Choosing the NPF Microfinance Bank as a partner in the disbursement of the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund will not only quicken the disbursement of the loan but will also aid in the recovery of the loan.
