Dear Npower Batch C1,

“Just as we had assured in time past that all failed payments from September 2021 to 2022 will be paid as backlogs, we are working tirelessly on all payment issues to ensure they are cleared and paid out. We appreciate your patience so far and solicit for more while resolution last, as it will soon be completed,” NASIMS stated.

Why many beneficiaries who had payment issues in the months of April and May 2022 have recieved Credit Alerts for the two months, there is a confirmed report that November, December 2021 and January 2022 Failed Payments are currently processing.
