1. Cornell University Africa Fund for PhD Students 2022

Approximately 20% of our doctoral students studying on campus receive Cornell University Fellowships (referred to as Sage Fellowships or Cornell Fellowships depending on the field of study). These fellowships typically include full tuition, a nine-month stipend, and Cornell individual student health insurance. A summer stipend may also be provided to students.

OneBeat is accepting applications for OneBeat Virtual #4 which will digitally convene approximately 20 musicians from up to 50 eligible countries and territories. This fully virtual residency program will take place from July 10 – September 4, 2023. During this 8-week period, OneBeat Fellows will investigate new forms of virtual collaboration, and work together to write, produce, and perform new musical works.

This is a three-year National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Global Health Palliative Care (GHAP) Training Fellowship for an African candidate currently resident in Africa. It will enable a talented clinical or non-clinical African individual to complete a substantial research project related to palliative care and rehabilitation. This is part of the ongoing GHAP-expanding access project in Uganda, South Africa, and Zimbabwe funded by NIHR.
