Communion, Poem by Ademikanra Adebowale

Communion
Burning breaths,
sweaty skins;
Lips locked
Tongues drawn;
samsonic strength,
Fists clenched;
Chemistry,
Oozing bodies.
Emotions pent
Thrusts echoed;
Tempo reduced
Gasps taken;
Grunts voiced
Silence comes.
Bolt recovery
Duvet thrown;
liquid babies
Splashed on floor;
Laughter ringing,
Positions resumed.
Two simple creatures.
Basking in love.
