On today’s Latest Npower News, the Special Assistant, Media & Publicity to the Hon Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Nneka Ikem has given an update in regards to stipends payment of the NSIP independent monitors.

According to her, the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Disaster Management and Social Development (FMHDSD) clears outstanding stipends of all 7,500 Independent monitors for the National Social Intervention Program (NSIP).
