According to NJFP, they have seen applicants’ questions & concerns regarding the soft skills training & assessment processes & want to use this opportunity to address them.

If you are yet to receive the link to the soft skills assessment, kindly re-attempt registration and check your inbox, spam and junk folder for the link.

For those who are yet to get the link to the training, you will receive it on or before Monday, July 18, 2022. You will have a window of 5 days to complete it.

If you have completed the assessment but have yet to receive the link to start the training, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, send an email to [email protected] using the email and full name you registered with.

If you have completed training and assessments but have yet to receive the certificate. Please crosscheck your inbox, spam, and junk email folders. If the issue persists, kindly send a certificate re-issue request to [email protected] stating your full name and email address and the Date/Month of completion.

Please be informed that the system only captures and records the first test result only. However the outcome of the training is to improve your soft/employability skills, completion and learning are more important than your test score.

Finally, please note that there will be a general review of all the applications and assessments completed by the prospective fellows. The successfully shortlisted candidates will get an email detailing the next steps.
