Job Title: Senior Project Document Coordinator
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Purpose / Objective
- Support the Coordination of all technical documents and data across multiple projects and portfolios during its complete lifecycle; Development of routine Reports on Assai Performance; Support the team lead to ensure the identification and timely access to current and accurate documentation to help ensure project actions and decisions impacting Integrity are made using the correct information.
Main Accountabilities
- Support the implementation of effective and efficient work processes and procedures for document/data management. Involve in contractor and supplier engagement to ensure that information management requirements and procedures are understood and applied.
- Support in the definition of asset data requirement, the process for submission, validation and feedback to contractors and suppliers and to deliver consistent and complete information for handover to owner/operator.
- Responsible for the completeness and correctness of metadata as part of the contractor deliverables, and assurance of the validity of the Master Deliverables Register (MDR) & Asset Information Template (AIT).
- Responsible for managing and improving the numbering process for project documents, including correspondences, and the tracking of same in the necessary databases.
- Responsible for conversion of hard copy documents and records into digital forms
- Responsible for updating the individual projects folders in Livelink/SharePoint, with emerging documents and records.
Job Requirements
Education:

Experience:
- 7 years post-graduation experience in document control in an oil and gas company.
Job Title: Senior CAD Designer I – Mechanical / Piping (TPD)
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Purpose / Objective
- The CAD Designer supports the Lead and Design Engineers in the Project Delivery Organisation in ensuring effective coordination and delivery of design and engineering work for capital projects.
- The CAD Designer is ultimately responsible for engineering drafting and modelling of designs within the team and ensures that the engineering design for the assigned capital project is carried out safely to applicable codes and standards utilizing industry best practices to achieve error-free and on-schedule project delivery.
Main Accountabilities
- Responsible for delivering CAE (computer-aided engineering)/CAD (computer-aided design) applications for projects, as appropriate for each phase, in line with the corporate goal of competitive and affordable projects execution
- Responsible for Company asset 2D/3D/4D modelling and consistency checks in projects
- Perform the role of Discipline Q-Captain to ensure Flawless Project Delivery
- Work closely with Lead and Senior Design Engineers to resolve any existing or forecasted problems related to drafting quality in design or productivity. Carry out consistency checks on drawings, models etc.
- Apply Company specifications and design manuals in line with the PMF/DCAF to deliver project intents in engineering deliverables CAD and modelling.
- Ensure all engineering discipline requirements and CAD inputs are made into Project documents such as BFD, BDP, BDEP, PES, ITT, etc, in close coordination with other technical disciplines to ensure an integrated delivery.
- Act as a technical expert on projects within the project’s organization and responsible for the relevant discipline deliverables plan for projects.
- Liaise with Corporate Engineering and other SMEs/TA to provide appropriate drafting reviews and assurance on projects.
- Provide visible and personal leadership in HSSE to drive Goal Zero from design through construction and operation
Job Requirements
Education:
- HND / B.Sc in any Engineering field or related courses with CAD Training experience.
Experience:
- Extensive experience (7-10 years) in the Oil & Gas industry with direct experience in project engineering, design and construction. At least 5 years should have been spent leading engineering modelling & CAD design work.

Job Title: Senior Web Developer (Web App / UX Designer Digital)

- Manages interfaces with Upstream Technology Teams, IT&S Teams and external partners and vendors to position BP as an informed buyer in the space of digitization.

Job Requirements
Education:
- A University Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering; professional qualifications will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years post-graduation experience, out of which 3 years should be a similar role within the IT department or Digital function of a reputable organization preferably Oil & Gas company.
Others:
- 3+ years experience in specifying, analyzing and documenting requirements for applications on a large scale.
- Decisiveness, good judgment, analytical/math/strategic aptitude and problem-solving skills to act with authority and take risks in an environment with little direction from others.
- Strong facilitation skills and proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using multiple types of requirements tools (i.e. Jira, Blueprint, Jama, Microfocus, or related) and managing the requirements through the SDLC.
- Experience in managing requirements using multiple methodologies (i.e. Agile, waterfall, iterative etc)
- General understanding of application programming, database, and system design is a plus.

Job Title: CAD Designer – Process
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Objective(s)
- Participate in the activities of TEA Drawing Office; including an update of Process 2D drawings & 3D models for PDRs & SECs. Ensure that all field verification works are carried out in a safe and efficient way
- Supports the outputs of other disciplines to ensure compliance to client Asset Information Management procedures, standards and formats
Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in the execution and closeout of:
- As-built redlined PDR and SEC
- Upgrading of documents,
- Drafting/design requests from clients’ departments and sections.
- Actively participate in the conversion to native files of client Documents types and incorporate plant change information resulting from project activities using AutoCAD, MicroStation, GTXRaster CAD and Microsoft Office software,
- Produce technical drawings and documentation on AutoCAD to support client activities as required from projects and discipline in accordance with client Asset Information Management procedures and applicable standards.
- Assist in the preparation of technical designs for the draft works assigned.
- Review drawings to ensure alignment with the client’s approved procedures and applicable standards.
- Propose improvements and initiatives on client CAD activities.
- Incorporate as-built information on assigned drawings and related drawings in a controlled manner and upload into client EDMS within the specified duration.
- Maintain proper electronic filing system including revision control for all documents and drawings in hand.
- Transfer non-standard file formats into the standardized formats ensuring uniform and complete information
- Ensure all CADed drawings are saved on client Livelink in accordance with the file naming convention
- Compile appropriate reports as required for specific assigned tasks in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Keep abreast of changes to operating procedures, work instructions and control systems related to the function of drawing office
- Send weekly report to the team lead on work progress
- Carry out all other activities assigned by supervisor and Lead CAD Designer
Job Requirements
Education:
- HND / B.Sc or equivalent in any Engineering discipline preferably chemical, Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in CAD and design work for the Oil and Gas industry,
- Experience shall include computer use of Microsoft Office as well as CAD specific software (AutoCAD, GTXRaster CAD, MicroStation, etc.)
