Job Title: Accountant

Reference: ANDFI/ACCT/21/07/2
Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • The Accountant is the officer in charge of the Secretariat’s financial records and reporting, and will report to the Executive Secretary (ES).

Academic Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
  • An ICAN or ANAN certification will be considered favorably.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledgeable in IFRS and other Accounting Standards.
  • Strong quantitative skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent intercultural sensitivity skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point) and accounting software.

Job Title: Executive Secretary

Reference: ANDFI/ES/21/07/1
Location: Nigeria

Description

  • The Executive Secretary (ES) is the head of the ANDFI Secretariat, which is the centre of administration and shall implement the directives of the General Assembly and Executive Council.

Academic Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • B.Sc. / HND in Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or any other related discipline. An M.Sc., MBA, or other professional qualifications will be an added advantage
  • A track record of strong leadership, building and formulating relevant policy for effective implementation.
  • Ability to understand and articulate contemporary economic and development finance issues
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant working experience with at least three (3) years in a management role
  • Strong administrative and financial skills demonstrated in a senior strategic role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent intercultural sensitivity, networking and advocacy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point)
  • French Language proficiency is highly desirable and will be favorably considered.

Job Title: Administrative and Training Manager

Job Description

  • The Administration and Training Manager is the officer in charge of administrative and training activities of the ANDFI Secretariat. He/She shall report to the Executive Secretary (ES).

Academic Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other related discipline.
  • Possession of relevant Professional Certifications will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Excellent intercultural sensitivity skills.
  • Capacity for research studies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point).

Job Title: Office Clerk

Location: Nigeria

Description

  • The Office Clerk is the officer, will perform secretarial duties at the ANDFI Secretariat. He/She shall report to the Administration and Training Manager.

Academic Qualification, Skills and Experience

  • An Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Accountancy or any other related discipline.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent intercultural sensitivity skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point).
