Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is at the forefront of driving tangible, impactful, and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including issuers, merchant acquirers, and merchants. The VCA team is seeking undergraduate interns to contribute to strategic consulting engagements. The U.S. Consulting team within VCA provides consulting and solutions services for Visa’s clients in the United States.
Intern Responsibilities
- Play an integral role in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
- Collaborate on consulting engagements, including interviews, data analysis, and summarizing key findings.
- Conduct industry research, identifying internal and external data resources for custom analytics.
- Develop client-specific presentations addressing executive needs.
- Monitor industry trends and contribute to whitepapers on the impact to clients.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating from December 2024 or later.
- Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to form hypotheses on client issue root causes and validate thinking quickly using data.
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts.
- Proficient in spreadsheet and presentation tools.
- Interest in learning advanced analytics tools (SAS, R, Tableau, etc.).
- Interest in payments, financial institutions, or consumer lending a plus.
- Affinity for payments technology and its future.
Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary for a new hire into this position is $21/hr- $26/hr USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
