1. Africa No Filter 2022 Last Mile Film Fund for African Filmmakers
Africa No Filter is launching the Last Mile Film Fund to finance African filmmakers who are working on the last steps of their projects. The Last Mile Film Fund offers grants of up to $15,000 for feature-length films and up to $10,000 for short films.

2. Viewfinder Accountability Journalism Fellowship 2022 (Up to R40,000)
Viewfinder is offering a fellowship for reporters to investigate and then produce impact-driven journalism on accountability failures in the country. They are particularly interested in exposing abuses of power or inexcusable failures by large institutions that negatively affect marginalized people or communities.

3. African Union Youth Champion in Nutrition Programme for Young Africans 2022
Food and nutrition security remains the most fundamental challenges to human welfare and economic growth in Africa. Unfortunately, Africa is not on track to meet the food security and nutrition targets of Sustainable Development Goal 2. In order to help address this issue, a renewed focus is required to address Food and Nutrition Security. The Youth Consortium is pleased to launch a call for applications to identify, challenge and sustain a champion in Nutrition for this year, 2022.
4. 2023 KAS/SAIIA Masters Scholarship for African Students
This unique scholarship programme provides funding to complete a full-year internship at SAIIA in parallel to a Masters degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Law or Journalism at WITS, UCT or Stellenbosch University.

5. African Union Summit Essay Contest 2022
The winning essay will be presented at the AU Summit on Industrialization and Economic Diversification in Niger. The essay will be used as a guideline, a voice of young people and their views on the promotion of SMEs and Innovation on the continent especially leveraging from the AfCFTA.
6. German Bundestag 2022/23 Scholarship for Young Africans
Applications are invited from highly motivated graduates from eligible African countries to take part in the German Bundestag Scholarship Program in Berlin, Germany. The scholarship is targeted at young graduates interested in learning the German parliamentary system and play an active role in promoting core democratic values in their home countries.
