Hannah Damilola Ogunmuyiwa is the first child of a family of three girls. She was born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo State, but by origin from Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Hannah attended Thy Grace Nursery and Primary school, Apete, Ibadan for her elementary education and Elizabeth College Apata, Ibadan for my secondary education.
She proceeded to the Polytechnic Ibadan, for her National Diploma in Music Technology.
Music has been what she loves to do since she was a kid, though she never knew she was going to pursue the career professionally. Obviously fate brought her here.
Commonly, a lot of people of the Christian faith start their music career in church and that goes by her as well. She is a member of Celestial Church of Christ and also a chorister in the fold, so she started her music career in the Church Choir. She is a member of the Oyo State Youth Choir and was schooled under the leadership of Bro Samson Aderibigbe.
Hannah has worked with a couple of reputable gospel artistes in Nigeria, both male and female. She is also a Presenter currently working with celestialvisiontv.
Her parents are late. Music runs in the family because her paternal grandfather was a musician. Her parents too would have supported her with their last penny because she mentioned how her mum would take her to church for night rehearsals.
They were wonderful people and she is sure they will be proud of her anywhere they are.
Challenges are everywhere, Ile Aye is her first single debut, and she hopes for the best.
Being famous can cost one’s privacy and people say a lot of things about being a female musician and all, but we are a people of different character and at times the kind of job we do does not dictate who we are. May God see us through.
She has other things that she would want to do that are personal but she is focusing on her music career and as time goes by, they would unravel.
