The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has responded to enquiries made by Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries who are yet to receive their October Stipends, stating that October payment to Npower beneficiaries is ongoing.
Several issues have followed the October Payment to the Npower beneficiaries which include Beneficiaries being marked as paid on their NASIMS Profile whereas Bank Account has not been credited, Beneficiaries whose payment are marked as failed, etc.
NASIMS which has received such complaints from Npower beneficiaries has encouraged the Beneficiaries who have such issues to call the Help Contact Center through 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189.
Beneficiaries saddled with the issue of NASIMS Profile marked as “Paid” whereas their Bank Accounts were not credited, upon contacting NASIMS, have been advised to print their Bank Account Statement (Statement of Bank Account) and send to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng.
While the National Social Investment Management System intensifies efforts to ensure September and October Stipend outstandings are completely paid, it is evident that only a handful of the Npower beneficiaries are yet to be paid when compared to the total number of Batch C Npower beneficiaries.
The National Social Investment Management System has also stated that it will soon commence the Payment of November and December Stipends to the Npower beneficiaries as the Humanitarian Affairs Minister, Sadiya Umar Farouk, has approved the payment of the November and December Stipends to the eligible beneficiaries.
