Freie Universität Berlin Test Scholarships for PhD Studies in Germany

The Free University of Berlin (Freie Universität Berlin) in Germany is currently inviting applications for its Test Scholarships for prospective international PhD Candidates enrolling to commence their research studies at the university. Funding consists of a monthly scholarship of 1,300 Euro (maximum of three months) and a travel allowance.

Within the framework of the funding of internationalization of research at Free University of Berlin, Professors from Free University of Berlin can apply for test scholarships for prospective PhD students at the Center for International Cooperation.

Details

The goal of this measure is to support the recruitment of international PhD candidates. Applicants are required to submit a project report to the Center for International Cooperation within six weeks of project completion. Funding consists of a monthly scholarship of 1,300 Euro (maximum of three months) and a travel allowance

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Free University of Berlin Test Scholarships, you are expected to meet the following conditions:

• Applicants must be international candidates
• Applicants must be an academic professor
• Applicants are required to submit a project report to the Center for International Cooperation within six weeks of project completion.

How to Apply

Funding applications may only be submitted by professors from Free University of Berlin. Please submit the application form, a CV of the prospective PhD candidate, and a working program for the stay at Freie Universität to Hans-Martin Meis, hans-martin.meis@fu-berlin.de.
