Spare Parts Officer
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Abuja, Lagos, Rivers | Nigeria.

Job Description:
- Process the procurement, storage, distribution and delivery of spare parts and manage accounting for spare parts including inventory management, stock counting and reporting
Job Duties
- Spare Parts Procurement and Distribution
- Process spare parts ordering.
- Receive and process requests for spare parts from the workshop
- Supply spare parts to the workshop
- Inspect spare parts received from TNL.
- Forward invoices to Finance and Accounts for processing.
- Ensure the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for all spare parts in constant use is maintained
- Ensure proper storage of spare parts.
- Process parts issuance and transactions
- Reconcile spare parts position on the ERP system with physical stock
- Among others.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND from any reputable university
- Accounting related background will be added advantage.
- 3-5 years’ work experience
- Sound and practical knowledge of Microsoft NAV and Excel.

- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity
