Administrative Manager

Job Specifications:

Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
Location: Abuja | Nigeria.

Job Description:

Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities accordingly
Help maintain office budget plan and regular reports on expenses.
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Organize and schedule meetings and events.
Manage and monitor company vehicles
Distribute and store correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, and packages)
Arrange travel and accommodations
Liaise with government agencies, corporate organizations, etc.
Manage/maintain the company’s insurance policies.
Other assigned tasks/special assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or any related field
3 years of experience working as an Administrator or other similar position.
Significant experience in organizing office procedures. Good practical experience with office management software like MS Office.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
Accounting and book-keeping skills
Attention to details
Problem-solving and exceptional customer service skills.

Salary: N200,000
