Growth Marketing Manager

Job Description:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, and explore innovative avenues for growth. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for technology, data analysis, and creative problem-solving, along with a proven track record of scaling user acquisition in a SaaS or tech environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral programs.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create and optimize targeted campaigns that drive inbound leads and conversions.
Leverage data analytics and user behavior insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement across all stages of the user journey.
Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven experiments to optimize conversion rates, user engagement, and retention metrics.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Utilize SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and other channels to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and adapt the growth strategy.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling marketing collateral and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Drive partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships to expand brand reach and awareness.
Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed with your line manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

Functional/Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience of 5 years in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing in tech, or start-up environment.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, ABM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to analyze user behaviour and campaign performance.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Creative thinker with the ability to ideate and execute innovative growth strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Passion for technology, SaaS solutions, and staying updated on industry trends.
