Supply Chain Supervisor

Job Specifications:

Full Time
Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND – MBA/MSC/MA
Location: Lagos | Nigeria.

Job Description:

Preparation of weekly and monthly department reports
Ensure daily department operations are being handled smoothly
Manage the communication with Arla team
Supervise the logistics, procurement & trade elements in the department and ensure it is effective and efficient
Represent the department to lead and participate in new projects
Vetting clearing agent invoices
Reconcile of damage stocks and shortages from containers received in all warehouses
Handle insurance claims effectively
Assisting the HOD in day to day matters
Drive cost savings initiatives
Preparation of budget VS actual procurement and logistics costing report
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials for factory operations and meeting quality and safety standards
Liase with NEPZA and Customs officials to ensure smooth operations in the factory
Collaborate with other departments to ensure common objectives are achieved
Updating Forecast in SAP.
