NIMC Recruitment Requirements

The entry requirements for the NIMC recruitment are as follows: all applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth, and must not be less than 18 years of age or more than 40 years old. Additionally, candidates must possess a minimum of five credits in no more than two sittings in the West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO), or General Certificate of Education (GCE). A credit in English is also compulsory. Possession of an HND, B.Sc, or OND certificate in any related discipline from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.

All applicants must also have a valid means of identification such as a National Identification Card, a valid driver’s license, an International passport, or a Voters card. Candidates must be physically and mentally fit and free from hard drugs or narcotics.

Once candidates have confirmed that they meet all of the entry requirements, they can proceed to the next step of the recruitment process which is to apply for the position they are interested in. To do this, candidates should click on the available vacancies on the NIMC recruitment portal, read and follow the instructions carefully, provide and verify all the necessary information, and then submit their application.

Successful candidates will be invited for a screening test before the final shortlist is made. The date and screening centers will be communicated to candidates via their registered e-mail addresses.

This is the only official portal through which candidates should start their application process. Once on the portal, candidates should click on the Career section page and then sign up for an account if they do not already have one.
